Work is normally turned around within a 48 hour period, usually less, although large assignments and copy writing may take longer. If for any reason we are unable to meet this deadline we will inform you during the initial contact. If you require a faster turnaround please advise us during the initial contact.

Conference administration is undertaken from a suggested delegate pool supplied by you. We do not hold mailing lists and do not engage in cold-call marketing. All delegate information is treated in the strictest confidence (see below) and will be passed to you and deleted from our records at an agreed time following the event. We will prepare and supply all information and paperwork for the event and will liaise with the venue, speakers and delegates on your behalf, if required to do so. The event will be deemed completed once the final evaluation analysis has been completed.

All information is handled in line with the Data Protection Act and treated with the strictest confidence. It will not be disclosed to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law. We do not, and will not, sell information to marketing or other agencies. At the end of an assignment all personal information (names, addresses etc.) will be returned to you and deleted from our files, unless we receive specific written instructions to the contrary from you.

Copy writing is produced to your specification and you will only pay for copy that is to your satisfaction. After an initial consultation a draft will be prepared which will be passed to you for approval. We are happy to redraft work up to three times until you are happy. If work requires more than three redrafts we advise a further consultation. Copy becomes your property once payment is received.

Minutes are taken at locations within 15 miles of SY13. At present we cannot provide verbatim minutes although they will represent an accurate record of your meeting. We hope to add a verbatim minuting service shortly.

Completed material will be delivered to you either by e-mail, post or courier, to be determined during the initial contact. Personal delivery is available in the North Shropshire/South Cheshire area.
